Kopy Kitten - Victoria Beckham

Although Victoria Beckham's fashion sense makes me more nervous than anything, she usually some how squeezes out a winner almost once a week! Plaid is huge right now and I love everything about this outfit, very Ralph Laureney meets Posh. The jacket I chose I think will work better with most bodies. Being able to tie the jacket with a sash will create a waistline, or go with out the sash...see if I care!

Kopy Kitten Recipe!

I have been trying to cook more chicken lately in a move to be healthier. My boyfriend's diet consits of Arby's and Burger King and he often says that he likes it when I make chicken because I don't over cook it and it's never dry. I'm quickly learning that moist chicken is the key, and this recipe for CHICKEN SATE is a perfect catalyst for juicy, flavorful and super healthy chicken. And the peanut sauce is SO GOOD. Include some brown rice and a salad and this is a wonderful healthy meal for entertaining or snacking. I got this recipe from Ellie Krieger. She's my new favorite. She makes very healthy meals and being that the skin season is embarking I thought I'd do the world a favor and try to be healthier. That's right, I said try.
