Kopy Kitten - Hillary Duff

I LOVE my lil' Hiwawy! She's so f'ing cute. And I am so proud of her staying out of the tabs these days. I think of Lohan and then I think of Hillary and it's like comparing Anna Nicole Smith and Judy Garland, well in my brain at least. Hillary is classy through and through and it's no exception with this outfit. She's constantly smashing out these wonderful little frilly ensembles, and I love her for it. Be very careful you keep this outfit as simple and modern as possible. It can easily take the tone of 90's Wet Seal/Contempo. Just be careful is all I'm sayin'. And take note of how tan her legs are. If you can't tone it, tan it, right Hill?!

Kopy Kitten Recipe!

I have been trying to cook more chicken lately in a move to be healthier. My boyfriend's diet consits of Arby's and Burger King and he often says that he likes it when I make chicken because I don't over cook it and it's never dry. I'm quickly learning that moist chicken is the key, and this recipe for CHICKEN SATE is a perfect catalyst for juicy, flavorful and super healthy chicken. And the peanut sauce is SO GOOD. Include some brown rice and a salad and this is a wonderful healthy meal for entertaining or snacking. I got this recipe from Ellie Krieger. She's my new favorite. She makes very healthy meals and being that the skin season is embarking I thought I'd do the world a favor and try to be healthier. That's right, I said try.
