I know I am much too old to watch and dress like the Gossip Girls or whatever, but not since the award winning Swans Crossing has there been so much frenzy over stupid kids' outfits. But let's face it, all my friends and I are secretly obsessed, and well, I guess I'm just the only one secure enough in my sexuality to admit it. I mean... What is there not to be obsessed about? This outfit is as classically funky as anything Carrie Bradshaw would wear, so if that old broad can wear it, so can I dammit, so can I!!!

Kopy Kitten Recipe!

I have been trying to cook more chicken lately in a move to be healthier. My boyfriend's diet consits of Arby's and Burger King and he often says that he likes it when I make chicken because I don't over cook it and it's never dry. I'm quickly learning that moist chicken is the key, and this recipe for CHICKEN SATE is a perfect catalyst for juicy, flavorful and super healthy chicken. And the peanut sauce is SO GOOD. Include some brown rice and a salad and this is a wonderful healthy meal for entertaining or snacking. I got this recipe from Ellie Krieger. She's my new favorite. She makes very healthy meals and being that the skin season is embarking I thought I'd do the world a favor and try to be healthier. That's right, I said try.
