Kopy Kitten - Leighton Meester

It's no wonder that girls whose real names are Leighton and Blake are stars of the hottest, hippest new tweeny show. Good for them! Maybe I'll change my name to Peyton, or Dallas, or Hutton, that'll show them who's boss! They won't even know if I'm a boy or a girl! I'll be such a mystery! I do like the name Leighton, sort of, and I LOVE her springy, yellow dress. It's so easy to wear and the bright yellow paired with muted, pumps makes it very current and memorable. It was Easter this past weekend, and the spring dresses were worn loud and proud. EVERY magazine is saying that the main hot item for spring is the dress, so you better go get one cause you don't want to be a loser. Teeeeaaaaassiiiiiiiing!

Kopy Kitten Recipe!

I have been trying to cook more chicken lately in a move to be healthier. My boyfriend's diet consits of Arby's and Burger King and he often says that he likes it when I make chicken because I don't over cook it and it's never dry. I'm quickly learning that moist chicken is the key, and this recipe for CHICKEN SATE is a perfect catalyst for juicy, flavorful and super healthy chicken. And the peanut sauce is SO GOOD. Include some brown rice and a salad and this is a wonderful healthy meal for entertaining or snacking. I got this recipe from Ellie Krieger. She's my new favorite. She makes very healthy meals and being that the skin season is embarking I thought I'd do the world a favor and try to be healthier. That's right, I said try.
