So, is it just me or does it look like Renee is cheating with the guy from the Apprentice who's married to Julianna Dipandi? Small world I guess. I DO NOT want to make every post about me making fun of celebrities, just in case I ever need a favor from them. SO that being said, I'll just not comment on how CRAZY her face is lately. And I will NOT make this post a tirade about how overboard leading ladies are going with their psycho looking plastic surgery on their faces and how they're fooling NOBODY and it looks TERRIBLE and WHY aren't people acknowledging it!? In addition, I really like this outfit. Totes cute.

Kopy Kitten Recipe!

I have been trying to cook more chicken lately in a move to be healthier. My boyfriend's diet consits of Arby's and Burger King and he often says that he likes it when I make chicken because I don't over cook it and it's never dry. I'm quickly learning that moist chicken is the key, and this recipe for CHICKEN SATE is a perfect catalyst for juicy, flavorful and super healthy chicken. And the peanut sauce is SO GOOD. Include some brown rice and a salad and this is a wonderful healthy meal for entertaining or snacking. I got this recipe from Ellie Krieger. She's my new favorite. She makes very healthy meals and being that the skin season is embarking I thought I'd do the world a favor and try to be healthier. That's right, I said try.
